Let’s take a step back to analyze the latest results in the UPSL Northeast
Conference Beltway Division!
Northern Virginia United won the game against AC Commonwealth with 4-1 as
the final score, and it consolidated the first position in the standings.
Germantown City FC beat FC Millennium on its field, winning 3-0. These two
results combined allow Germantown City to take second place with 19 points
and the semifinal home advantage.
Despite the defeat, AC Commonwealth is the other team qualified for the
playoffs. Sure Sports gained only 4 points in the two matches played against
Club Commonwealth (a 3-3 draw and a 1-0 win), which they were not enough
to reach the third position in the rankings.
The semifinal, which will decide which team will face Northern Virginia United
in the final, is scheduled for Saturday at 4:00 PM ET.
