FAQ - Most common questions and answers

• How can I register?

  Registering with NonProSoccer.com is free, simple and fast: click on the "SIGN UP" link at the top right, a form will appear in which you will need to enter some registration data. Fields marked with * are mandatory, the other information is optional.

  A few seconds later you will receive an email where you will need to confirm the registration by clicking on the link withhin.

  You can also register via social networks: Facebook and Google.

• What are registration and sign in for?

  The login is required to access all the features of NonProSoccer. In particular it will allow you to insert goalscorers, results, comments, news and lineups (first eleven and substitute). Furthermore the login give you the possibility to insert or edit team information and players.

• Forgot your username and/or password?

  If you have forgotten your login credentials to NonProSoccer.com (username or password) you can easily retrieve them: just go to this page and follow the instructions.

  You will have to enter your email (the email you used during registration) and then you will receive an email with the new password. If you want to change the password that we have assigned you can do it on this page. 

• How can I make an error report?

  If you find any errors regarding results, goalscorers, dates/times or other data, you can them report using the form on the results page or on the individual game.

  You will find a REPORT ERROR button, both on the site and on the Android/iOS apps.

  We will deal with the report as quickly as possible.

• How can I insert results?

  Entering the results is very simple: login, go to the championship you are interested in and choose a matchweek. You will find an INSERT RESULTS link and by clicking it you will open a page that will allow you to enter the results of all the match from that matchweek.

• How can I insert the goalscorers?

  Entering the goalscorers is very similar to inserting the results. You can enter the goalscorers detail from both the results page and the match details page. To enter one or more goalscorers, you can choose the name of the marker from the drop-down menu; if the player does not exist, you can write the surname and/or the name and click on the name to create it.

• Can I update the scorer ranking?

  The goalscorers ranking is created automatically as soon as the goalscorers are inserted into the matches. So is impossible to modify the goalscorers ranking manually. Just update the match sheet with the matchweek goalscorers to then you will find the updated goalscorer list automstically.

  If you find errors in the goalscorer list, you will need to tell us which match has the wrong goalscorers, then we will update the data.

• Can I change the soccer scores entered?

  You can only modify the result that you enter. It is possible to modify only your own inserted results, for any other changes you must send a notification to info@nonprosoccer.com through the appropriate REPORT ERROR links or by email.

  You will need to login order to carry out any modification or insertions.

• How can I edit team data?

  To edit a team’s data you can go to the team’s page and click on "EDIT". Our approval is required to edit squad data.

• How can I enter or edit team’s logos/photos?

  To enter or edit a team photo you have to go to the team’s page and click on EDIT (see previous point). Just click on the current (or default) team photo in order to edit it.

• How can I change player data?

  You can change player data and team squad. To do so, just go to the team page, click on Squad and then on EDIT. You can edit the players entered or enter new ones. It is also possible to transfer players from one team to another.

  You can also edit additional data for an individual player. You will have to go to the player page and click on EDIT. There it is possible to modify the personal data of the player, including the photo.

  To carry out any modifications or insertions it is necessary to login.

• How can I insert or edit player photos?

  To insert or modify a player photo you have to go to the team page, click on Squad and then on EDIT (see previous point). There, you will just have to click on the current (or default) photo of the device in order to edit it.

  Photo editing can also be done from the individual player page. You will have to go to the individual player page and click on EDIT, then click on the current photo (or the default photo).

  Photos can be entered via the website only (not via the mobile app).

  To carry out any modifications or insertions you will have to login.

• How can I insert news?

  The insertion of a news article is done by clicking on news. A page will be shown for the creation of the news article in which the country, city, title, image and text news will be indicated.

  After creating the news article it may take some time before it is published, you will be notified of its publication by email.

• What can I do from smartphone apps?

  NonProSoccer.com is also available for smartphones iOS and Android.

  From the applications you can view results, Standingss, goalscorers, Schedules as well as, team and player data. You can also view news, manage your favorite teams and use the "match near me" feature to find matches happening in your area.

  There is also the possibility to set notifications so as to be notified of your team’s result.

  As for the editing, you can enter results, photos and videos, comments from the applications.

• Why don't I see changes in applications?

  In mobile applications (iOS and Android) changes made to teams and players may not be immediately updated. The update may take a few days at most..

  If you want to force the update just drag the content of the page down, the data will be updated.

  About images, it is possible that the update will take place a few days late. If you want the immediate update you have to go to the application settings and request the forced update, or delete the application data and reopen it.
